CrawlSign demo pages

Two copies of a fictional store page. They are identical except for one line.

• demo1: the clean page.
• demo2: the same page with a known poison relay URL pasted into its header, the way it appears on real sites.

A crawler that ingests both pages unguarded takes in the poison reference from demo2. CrawlSign returns continue for demo1 and stop for demo2.
